Account Manager / Executive
Responsibilities:
- Perform Strategic Organizational planning, including sales & marketing and develop operational
activities to increase brand awareness and revenue through sales processes.
- To identify and create new sales opportunity of particular account and industry
- Constantly meet (or exceed) sales targets set by the Management.
- Identify market shifts and introduce new products and services (or mix) to cater new trends.
- Search and respond to tenders and corporate contracts.
- Generate positive new sales leads organically as well as through acquisition
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

System Engineer / System Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistant, support resolution and professional consultation to all customers
- To provide technical support and maintenance for in-house systems and hardware that includes
installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, performance monitoring.
- Providing technical and professional assistance to sales personnel to meet the customer’ requirement
- The applicant must initiate and solve complex technical issues, adhere to the provided Service Level
Agreements.
- Participate and work closely within the department and also across the entire team and company
- Work as a team player within the company and with partners & principles and client
- In addition to the harboring Client Relationships, it is also expected to develop and maintain good
relationships with IT vendors, contractors and distributors
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Experience in the following areas:-
Server: Windows 2003/2008, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, File & Print, SQL Server,
WSUS Hardware:HP/IBM Server, RAID Configuration, NAS, SAN/SAN Switch, LTO Tape Library
Network & Security :Switch & Router, vLan, Firewall, VPN, Internet Proxy, Antivirus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Possess excellent communication skills, a keen interest in solving problems and a quick leaner.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
